Welcome to the Labour Standards Clearance Certificate request self-service application. This application allows you to request clearance certificates from the Labour Standards Division.
A clearance certificate identifies whether or not a person or company is subject to a determination (i.e. an order to resolve a labour standards violation) issued by the Labour Standards Division.
The fee for each appplication is $75.00.
Processing time is 3 business days and the clearance letter will be sent to the email address provided on the application.
This information is being collected under the authority of section 61(c) of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015. It will be used for the purpose of securing payment for Labour Standards Clearance Certificates. Financial information will be shared with Moneris for the purpose of processing payments.
