The submission of Mining Act plans are subject to fees per the Services Charges Act.
The initial application is the first plan submitted for a project. The amendment to the plan is any renewal, revision, update or modification to the project.
The receipt of payment must be included with the submission of a plan. A plan will not be processed until all fees have been paid. Contact Mineral Development Division at MiningActSubmissions@gov.nl.ca if fees cannot be paid online.

This information is being collected under the authority of section 61(c) of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015.
